[Thelist] Love Parade

Hi Dive and My self just had an inspiration to doll up his van into the Looove machiiinnnne. How do we get into the parade? What do we need to do at this late stage? Can we just show up? Who is the go to guy. Or do we need to fill out forms like you know what?
The van will have a sculpture on top, 5 kw genny, a sound system, monitors in the windows and a ""lovely" grill.
