Chicken John says ............Our dear friend, co-conspiritor and  
fancy pants welder friend John Wilson and his wife the video artists  
are packing up, cashing in and re-locating to fucking Virginia. I'm  
gonna help throw them a little party to say good bye, although I  
totally plan on going and visiting them. I like Roanoke. It's a neat  
place.

So this is a save the date thing. I'm gonna send out another  
invite... gonna book something or other there for the party. They  
have an amazing house. And of course, amazing friends...

PARTY DETAILS – SATURDAY MARCH 10TH FROM 8 PM TO 2AM OR whenever the  
last person leaves.

Come say adieu to John and Suzun! Party at 9 Ignacio for the last time!

Yes friends it is true. Although we said that 9 Ignacio was our last  
house and project – We lied! The fates of chance are taking us to  
historic downtown Roanoke Virginia.

We are buying a commercial building (which was previously used as a  
furrier) and will convert it to residential or mixed use. Its about  
4,000 sq ft on two levels and in nasty shape. It will allow us to  
have a nice open plan residence upstairs and an informal gallery and  
work space on the street level.

Directions from the 101

Note - if you're coming from the East Bay - once on the bridge get in  
the second land from the right. Stay in this lane and you'll be fine.  
 From the 101 heading South

- Heading South on the 101 take 3Com / Tunnel Road Exit (this is the  
one after the Cow Palace / Third Street exit)
- Turn hard RIGHT onto ALANNA RD. as you come off the freeway and go  
past the NORCAL recycle plant.
- Go under the freeway and at the stop sign Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto  
HARNEY WAY.
- You will see a large Condominium Building with a Candlestick Point  
sign on it.
- You are now heading straight towards the Ball Park
- There is a large Monster Park sign.
- Do not follow the road to the right - stop and make a hard LEFT  
onto JAMESTOWN AVE.
- Follow the road along the fence.
- Turn right onto the next street which is GRIFFITH, then make a hard  
right onto GILROY and come up the hill and bear to the left.
- Park in front of house 9 IGNACIO Av SF CA 94124. if you have problems.

 From San Jose and the South Bay
- Head North on the 101 for about 45 miles or so
- Take the exit toward 3COM PARK. Use same directions as above.
